Delegate Folk moves to amend the amendment on page two, section-three-qq, line twenty-four,  

after the word “section” and the period by adding the following proviso:

“Provided, That the decision to issue a permit for any airport formed pursuant to chapter eight,

article twenty-nine of this code, shall be made by the governing body of the Regional Airport

Authority.
